Established in 1994 in Tirupur, Tamilnadu, India, We manufacture
knitted garments made of Cotton and Cotton blends.
Our Major Products are Underwear – 50% , Babywear & Nightwear – 20%,
Outerwear – 30%
Our major markets are France, Germany, Netherlands and the UK.
Knitting
Division
Has its own Knitting division with latest machineries producing world class
fabrics.
Clifton produces 100 Tons of knitted fabrics per month (from 12gg to 30gg)
Dyeing
Has its own Fabric Dyeing plant with Soft flow dyeing machines with a Production
capacity of 250 Tons per month.
All processes are done using Reactive dyes.
All fabrics processed are done to highest standards and compliant to REACH,
Oeko-Tex, GOTS standards.
Finishing
Plant
Fabric finishing plant has a wide range of finishing machines for special
finishes like Bio Polish, Brushing, Shearing, Silicone finish etc.
Production capacity of 250 Tons per month.
We also import fine gauge mercerized fabrics in Cotton, Polyester & Nylon
Printing
Division
Has printing division with Automatic and Semi automatic printing machines with a
production capacity of 250,000 pieces per month.
Embroidery
Division
Has its own Embroidery division with Tajima machines from Japan.
Elastic
Division
Clifton has its own Elastic manufacturing plant to support its underwear
production.
Produces 625000 metres of woven elastics and 3 Million metres of Crochet
elastics.
Stitching
Eco-Friendly
We have planted around 850 saplings in our premises as initiative to promote eco
friendly environment.
